Michele Griffin
Founder + CEO
Michele Griffin is a strategic executive with 20+ years of experience at the intersection of startups, venture capital, and enterprises. She is the founder of Premier GTM, a company purpose-built to accelerate go-to-market for breakthrough startups from seed to growth by combining expert execution with curated access to design partners and corporate buyers. Michele launched Premier GTM to close the gap in go-to-market execution for early-stage companies—and to redefine how GTM is approached in the AI era. As AI reshapes how startups sell, scale, and engage the market, she advises founders and venture firms on how to operate with greater speed, precision, and impact. Prior to founding Premier GTM, Michele spent nearly seven years at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), where she helped lead the Go-To-Market Network during the firm’s growth from $6B to $44B AUM. She supported hundreds of startups, expanded GTM capabilities, and cultivated deep relationships with corporate buyers and design partners across Technology, Digital Native, and Consumer sectors—helping build one of the most influential GTM programs in venture capital. Earlier, Michele was a senior executive at RocketSpace, where she led the global expansion of its corporate innovation business. She launched RocketSpace’s London campus in partnership with RBS/NatWest and built multi-corporate accelerator programs across logistics, food and ag, retail, and more. Her team engaged 170+ global corporations—including IAG, IBM, Walmart, Rabobank, Nestlé, and Schneider Electric—and thousands of startups to drive partnerships, pilots, and co-creation initiatives. Michele previously held senior roles at Spigit, where she led innovation strategy for Fortune 2000 clients, and at PwC, where she was a founding member of the U.S. Innovation Office. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with the Department of Defense, supporting the Department of the Navy on IT strategy and business process optimization. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Michele maintains deep global relationships across the enterprise, startup, and VC ecosystems. She is a trusted partner to market-defining founders, leading VC firms scaling GTM across portfolios, and enterprises seeking not just to explore what’s next—but to execute and transform with the right innovation partners. Outside of work, Michele is a proud wife, mom, and stepmom to three amazing girls—and a devoted Penn State football fan. Originally from outside Philadelphia, she earned her BS in Operations and Information Systems Management from Penn State University and completed MBA coursework at Villanova University.
